    Project Manager

    Job Description

    The Project Manager will oversee software implementation projects and ensure smooth delivery for our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator, with a background in software project coordination and customer engagement. This role involves working with both internal teams and customers to manage project timelines, expectations, and outcomes. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Coordinate and manage software implementation projects from initiation to completion. 
    • Work with customers to create business requirement documentation to scope project prior to project initiation.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Support resource scheduling and understand resource utilization to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff calls, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
    • Assist in troubleshooting customer system issues and coordinating with internal teams for resolution. 
    • Track project progress, mitigate project risks, and help ensure on-time delivery.
    • Document and report on project updates, risks, and key performance metrics.
    • Learn and utilize project management software to manage customer project and to report progress to internal stakeholders.
    • Support end-users by providing training resources and guidance as needed.

     

    Position Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management, software implementation, or customer support.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Celoxis, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or Teams. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or other business accounting systems is a plus. 
    • Basic knowledge of SQL Server is a plus but not required. 
    • Strong time management and organization skills.

     

    Salary/Wage/Classification

    • Salary: $95k – $125k
    • Exempt position
    • Location: Denver, CO (Preferred) / Remote
