Report Filtering - ServQuest and Web

How to filter reports for SQ & Web

To filter for the ServQuest and Web, select API. 

Then add the fields to see the ServQuest User and The Method (Web or ServQuest) in the reporting; select the fields as noted.

The Method represents the method in which the transaction was performed.
