of its mobile software solution,
MiniMate Plus, with QuickBooks®*. When field personnel of a delivery or service
company use PDAs loaded with MiniMate
Plus, they are enabled to
complete pre-orders, route sales,
product delivery and/or equipment
service and repair on the road.
Other features of the software
include signature-capture, truck
and onsite inventory control,
printing of orders and invoices,
collecting monies, and accessing
equipment histories.
The PDA data is transferred
from and into QuickBooks®* by
a click of a button.
MiniMate
Plus fulfills the requirements of both service and product delivery in industries such
as water treatment, food and beverage,
office coffee, bottled water,
or data shredding.
Companies in these industries
run trucks on the road and utilize
the efficiency
of PDAs for an efficient control
of trucks and onsite inventory,
an increase of the field personnel’s
productivity, and improved customer
service.
Developed
for the mid-size market, MiniMate
Plus runs on two platforms,
LAN and SQLServer.
The software integrates
with other products, such as Prism’s
electronic dispatching module,
Prism’s web tool kits for customers
and field personnel, a global positioning software (GPS), a mapping software (GIS),
and an electronic outsourced billing
software.
