Prism Visual Software, Inc.,
received the "Outstanding
Technology Firm Award 2001"
from the National Minority
Business Council, Inc. (NMBC)
during the 22nd Annual Business
Award Luncheon at the New York
Hilton Hotel and Towers on February
21, 2002.
After a warm welcome from the
founder of the NMBC, John F.
Robinson, president and CEO,
the Luncheon's keynote address
was given by Pamela P. Flaherty,
Senior Vice President of Global
Community Relations at Citigroup.
Flaherty, the very first chairwoman
of the Council, praised the
work of the NMBC for its longstanding
commitment to minority and women
businesses in the United States.
When Lorraine Keating, President
and CEO of Prism Visual Software,
Inc. , accepted the award,
a soaring silved-coated eagle.
Keating said: "The Prism-team
and I accept most gratefully
this recognition of our software.
We have worked tirelessly to
build Prism's software, and
we never tire of our awards!
The award by the NMBC is a great
honor for us, following Computerworld's
award "Top 100 Emerging Companies
To Watch in 2002. We are proud
