are web-based, wireless and
serve the field service, utility
and route delivery industries.
These field force automation
solutions integrate with palm
pilots, cell phone WAP applications
and/or browsers via Internet
tool kits. The solutions offer
a fully integrated financial
backend with a variety of wireless
"ServQuest," "ServMeter" and "RoadQuest" are all working products, released in Fall 2001.
