CANCELLATION RETURN POLICY

 
Software products purchased from Prism Visual Software must be cancelled and returned (if applicable) within 15 calendar days of the purchase date ("Return Period"). Purchase date is defined as confirmation of purchase via email, fax or mail.

Notice of cancellation of the purchase must occur in writing within the Return Period via fax to 516-944-5243 or email to support@prismvs.com. The notice of cancellation must specify the cancellation reason and is required regardless of whether or not the software was shipped and/or received.

REFUNDS

 
Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation within the Return Period, a credit refund will be issued (less the credit card processing fee and any restocking AccountMate fees) as follows:

1) within 15 days of receipt of Notice of cancellation if the cancellation precedes Prism Visual Software shipping the software.

Or

2) within 15 days of receipt of the software returned to Prism Visual Software. The package must be returned to Prism Visual Software office located at 1 Sagamore Hill Drive, Suite 2B Port Washington, NY 11050.
